Top 10 hotels around the world - Low budget to Luxury

What’s a professional hotel sleeper and how to find the perfect hotel or accommodation for your next trip, holiday or vacation?

This year alone I will be sleeping in 18 different hotels, and throughout my life I have slept in at least 150 different hotels, resorts, bungalows, guesthouses, holiday villas and glampings around the world. You could say this makes me a professional hotel sleeper, right?!

Based on this experience and my own critical taste I have made a list of my 10 favourite hotels I slept in so far, from low budget, mid-range to luxury.

Beautiful 5* Hotel Maya Ubud

These favourites are based on my own experience and opinion as I have visited all these hotels myself. I am not paid to promote these hotels and there will be many other great hotels in these areas to choose from. But I can definitely recommend these and I hope to inspire you with lots of pictures and by naming the unique features of these accommodations in my opinion, opposed to other hotels.

I have stayed in low budget, but also mid-range and extreme luxury hotels and I generally select all of them based on unique features and location. I am happy to stay in either 3, 4 or 5 star hotels, as comfort and look are most important to me. In my experience 4 and 5 star hotels cover this best though, but they don’t always have to be expensive….
