If you’re traveling to a stunning island like Mauritius, a pristine honeymooners and luxury seekers paradise, why not do it authentic, yet chic, like a real VIP? I did so last month on a 1 week press trip, while testing 4 unique and luxurious hotels on the island, while arriving and departing in style with the VIP service of Jet Prime.
Join me on this luxurious journey, with stays at the affordable luxury accommodation Zilwa Attitude, 2 LUX* Resorts and the prestigious Heritage Le Telfair Resort to top it all off.
In this blog I will showcase the unique features of each of these luxury hotels, including many of my own pictures, to help you choose the right one for your own trip to this African paradise!
Jet Prime VIP airport service
Although flying business class can get quite expensive, on Mauritius it is possible to arrive in style and comfort for a smaller budget, while still feeling like a real VIP.
I had a true luxury experience on my last trip to Mauritius, while skipping all the queues, by starting and ending my journey with the airport service of Jet Prime, exclusively available at this airport.
For just €211 p.p. one way, and free for children under 6 years old, you will be transported directly to the private Jet Prime lounge upon arrival, as befits a VIP. Here the customs formalities will be done for you while you are spoiled with welcome drinks, snacks and hospitable service.
No need for standing in line or waiting unnecessarily long for your luggage, as this will be collected, while you relax and freshen up in the extensive lounge with private bathrooms.
We also used the Jet Prime service for departure, which ensured a stress-free farewell to this beautiful island. With delicious snacks before our flight and a drop-off directly at the gate just before departure, without having to queue or check-in ourselves. Truly the ultimate luxury experience!
Jet Prime’s service is only available on Mauritius airport, both for commercial airline and private jet passengers.
